Pre-print inserts are produced and paid for by YOU. We only insert them in our papers and deliver the combined package to our readers.
Please use the downloadable insert order form above to organize your pre-printed insert order. Then email, mail, fax or deliver the filled out order form to us so we can process your order.
The inserts must be delivered to our main office location at 9 Albany Street, Suite 1D, Cazenovia no later than NOON ON THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO THE MONDAY THE INSERTS WILL GO OUT so we can then make a visual inspection of them and re-confirm the specifics of your order.
The rates we charge cover ONLY the cost of inserting them in our paper and delivering them to the Post Office with our mailing as well as inserting them and delivering them to any store drop locations you have selected.
